Cancellation Policy

• The reservation is confirmed immediately after full payment of the stay (excluding tourist tax).
• All reservations are final and non-refundable.
• Turquoise Blue Holiday Home  reserves the right to cancel any reservation in the event of incomplete or incorrect information, or if the terms of stay are not met. In this case, a refund will be issued, less any applicable bank charges.
• Turquoise Blue Holiday Home cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control.
