Terms & conditions

  • The reservation is confirmed immediately upon full payment of the stay (exluding tourist tax).
  • Changes to the stay are possible subject to availability and prior approval. As rates may vary depending on the season, the price  may be adjusted accordingly.
  • All reservation are firm and non-refundable.
  • Maison de Vacances Turquoise Blue reserves the right to cancel any reservation n the event of incomplete or incorrect information, or failure to comply with the conditions of stay. In such cases, a refund will be issued, less any applicable band charges.
  • A refundable security deposit of €300 (or the equivalent in Mauritian rupees) is required upon arrival. It will be refunded upon departure after inspection ot he property, provided that no loss, damage or breach of the house rules is found.
  • The tourist tax of €3 per night and per person aged and over is not included in the reservation amount. It is payable separately upon arrival.
  • Maison de Vacances Turquoise Blue cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
