- Non Smoking property. Parties and Events are not permitted. Please respecet the peace and quiet of the residence and the neighbours.

- Children must be supervised all the times by their parents or accompanying adults, particularly in outdoor areas and around the residence swimming pool.

- The bath towels provided in the property are for indoor use only. They must not be used at the swimming pool, at the beach or for cleaning.

- Beach towels are provided free of charge for use at the swimming pool and at the beach.

- The number of guests must correspond to the reservation. Any additionnal guest must be declared and may result in a price adjustment.

- The reservation is confirmed after payment of the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist tax)

- A €300 security deposit is required in cash upon arrival. A receipt will be provided. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property.

- Reservation dates may be changed subject to availability. Rates vary according to the season (high or low season). Any change of dates may therefore result in an increase or decrease in the price of the stay.

-All reservations are firm and non refundable.

- Tourist Tax: €3 per night and per person aged 12 and over, payable in euros upon arrival.
